Tahoe Firecracker Trail Trek @ Incline Middle School
7:00 am – 9:30 am

Sign up for the second annual Tahoe Firecracker Trail Trek, to benefit the Incline High School Boys and Girls Cross Country team. The Race will take place on the 4th of July as part of the Red White and Tahoe Blue activities. With separate races for kids and adults, this event is perfect for the entire family.

Race day is Thursday, July 4th, 2013 at Incline Middle School.
7:00 a.m. – Registration (for runners not pre-registered)
8:00 a.m. – Kids (10 and under) 1/2 mile run
8:30 a.m. – 5K run/walk

$25 – Early Registration (through July 3rd)
$25 – Online Registration (through July 2nd)
$35 – Race Day Registration
$15 – Student (through 12th grade) Registration (anytime)

Lions Pancake Breakfast @ Aspen Grove

Fuel up your Fourth of July with a pile of pancakes at the Lions Pancake Breakfast in beautiful Aspen Grove!

Optimist Club Carnival & BBQ @ Incline Beach

Fun, games and food prevail on Incline Beach. The kids will love the Carnival and the BBQ will keep all ages fueled throughout the afternoon.

The sky will light up with our biggest and brightest fireworks display yet thanks to your donations, sponsorships, community pride and volunteerism. Because of your support we were able to purchase our own barges for our community and this years show will be the first show on them!

For the 5th Year, Fireworks Display presented by Ken Lantis and his magnificent Lantis Fireworks crew! This will be arguably the best fireworks show in the country!

Plan your entire evening around Aspen Grove and the Village Green. Start off the night with a wonderful event to promote local academics. Enjoy live entertainment with world class wines, cheese, and bite sized snacks…not to mention your wonderful friends, family, and neighbors. Did you notice on the calendar of events that the Tahoe Players are performing Les Miserables just across from Aspen Grove? Start off your evening at the Wine and Cheese event and stay for the play. For those of you who attend both events, food concessions will be available at the play so you don’t have to worry about leaving to get dinner between the events.

Flag Raising @ Main Fire Station 11

In the patriotic spirit of the week, join us for a ceremonial Flag Raising at the Main Firehouse before the free breakfast.

The Flag Raising is hosted by North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District at Fire Station 11, and is facilitated by Boy Scouts of America Troop 37 and is sponsored by the Incline Village/Crystal Bay Vet Club.

“Tahoe Salutes our Heroes” Parade
10:30 am – 11:30 am

A community favorite, the parade will follow the same route as last year. Starts at Northwood intersection and Tahoe Boulevard (Hwy 28) several miles to Southwood, then onto Incline Way and ends at the north end of the Village Green.

Staging
9:30am arrival – PLEASE PARK AT THE LOWER VILLAGE MARKET PARKING LOT IF YOU ARE RIDING ALONG A FLOAT.
Staging is at the Upper Village Parking Lot.  Please come in from Southwood Blvd. so your float will be facing the correct direction. 

Parade Route
The parade will start from the upper Village Market parking lot and turn left onto Southwood Blvd. At Tahoe Blvd, the parade will turn right and pass through town. The parade will continue as a right onto Southwood Blvd (by the Skate Park), to Incline Village. Parade will turn left onto Incline Way. The Bike Parade will end at Incline Middle School. The floats, walkers & cars will continue to the second Rec Center entrance. 

All Children on floats must be transported by a designated adult to the Village Green. Child pick up is NOT at the Rec Center. 

Some Special Notes
Through traffic will not be allowed on Hwy 28 from all businesses. All feeder streets and driveways will be closed to Hwy 28 starting at 10:15am. Traffic will be detoured on Alder and Northwood. Traffic will be stopped at Country Club and Incline Way except those going to the Rec Center. No through traffic will be allowed. 

Bike Parade starts promptly at 10:15 with the Parade immediately following at 10:30.

Community Fair and Barbecue @ Village Green
11:30 am – 2:00 pm

Food, games for all ages, and music beckon kids and grownups alike to the Village Green after the parade. Come for lunch, come for fun, and bring your family and friends to what has become one of the most popular events during our entire celebration. Booths from local nonprofits and merchants are on site to liven up the afternoon for you!

Veteran’s Lunch @ Aspen Grove

Fun and prizes abound at the sixth annual Rubber Duck Races. Supported by Tahoe Incline Rotary Club and Rotary Club of Incline Village. $1000 First Place Prize.
